I personally love fish, not only is it a great source of protein, fish also provides us with many essential nutrients such as zinc, selenium, iodine, and potassium. These nutrients help keep the body healthy and fight off disease. Seafood is low in saturated fat and high in omega-3, (which can both) protect the heart from disease and lower the amount of cholesterol in the blood. These reasons alone should make you want to go out and buy some fresh seafood!
