Basic Booty (45 Minutes)
This class is an introduction to barre. If you have never taken it before this is a great starter class that will offer you in depth technique at a moderate pace. It offers the structured elements of ballet combined with the intensity and burn from Pilates.

Beginner and Introductory Class

Plié Pulse (1 hour)
The basic booty series acts as a frame for this class, as more advanced moves and technique are applied giving it a challenging dynamic. Expect longer holds, harder moves, and special attention to technique and body alignment.
Intermediate to advanced

Flex and Flow (1 hour)

This barre class uses resistance bands to maximize your results. It’s a great addition to any of our other barre classes and is a fun alternative. This non-impact workout will engage, stabilize and strengthen your targeted areas and leave you leaner, longer and stronger.
Great for all levels

Drip (HIIT) (45 Min)
This is one of our more high impact cardio classes. Be prepared to sweat, as this class will get your heat rate up! Expect fast paced cardio and intense weight exercises. High intensity cardio intervals burn maximum calories, boosts your metabolism and melts away fat while keeping your muscles working non-stop.
Intermediate to advanced

  Triple Threat (1 hour)
Full body workout including cardio, strength and core training. This class offers tons of variety and could include circuits and various equipment to keep you engaged and constantly moving. Designed to help you get the most out of your workout in the least amount of time.
All Levels

Intro Triple Threat (1 hour)
This class is great for beginners, as there is a focus on proper form and technique. This class combines cardio, weights, core and a stretch segment and is at a slower pace than our triple threat class. Great if you are newer to working out our are looking for a less intense class.

Intro Tabata (1 Hour)
This class is a great introduction to Tabata! Tabata is high intensity type of interval workout that was inspired by Dr. Izumi Tabata. He is a Japanese researcher who used this protocol in his study on athletes in 1996.  This type of high intensity interval training follows a specific format: 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. This protocol improves both the aerobic and anaerobic systems of participants, resulting in a super effective weight loss class!
Beginner to Introductory levels

Tabata Blast (1 hour)

This class will get your heart rate pumping! Tabata effectively works the whole body with quick 20 second interval bursts. In that 20 seconds you push yourself to your max to earn your ten second break. After eight rounds you move onto the next exercise. Our Tabata class will increase you aerobic capacity and challenge your endurance.
All Levels

Stretch and Strengthen (45 Minutes) This class is a great addition after any of our other classes. It gives you the chance to further stretch out and relax before heading into a busy day!

 Power Yoga (1 hour)
This all levels class is a vigorous vinyasa flow. It incorporates the perfect blend of physical and spiritual challenge. The unique structure of this class will provide you with a challenge that will tone and detoxify the body.
Appropriate for all Levels

Relax and Renew Yoga (1 hour)
A more soothing, restorative series of postures to help you relax and unwind. This class consists of gentle opening poses for the shoulders, hips, and back. Prepare to feel refreshed and destressed after this amazing class.
All Levels

Yoga Fusion (1 Hour)
This class combines the best of all worlds, with a bit of yoga, Pilates and some light cardio. Expects elements of barre and Pilates with a portion of class devoted to core. This is a great class that will really fatigue your muscles with the emphasize on power yoga moves.
Appropriate for all levels.

​Yoga Foundations ( 1 Hour)

This is a great class for beginners! This class moves at a slow to moderate pace and introduces students to the basics of yoga practice. Learn to move with your breath, learn the sun salutations, and basic standing and seated postures. This class will help increase your strength and flexibility, and will bring an awareness to your breath, which will undoubtedly help clear the mind and body of stress and tension.

Melt that Muffin (45 Minutes) If you want to focus just on your core be prepared to really fatigue your tummy in this quick 45 minute class. This class incorporates cardio abdominal exercises and various equipment to get you the flat tummy you always wanted.
Appropriate for all levels.

Date Night (1 hour) This is a fun co-ed class. Feel free to bring your spouse, workout buddy, neighbour or come alone and meet some new people! Fun circuit style bootcamp with lots of weights and cardio.

In a more intimate setting, we'll customize a class to your needs and fitness goals. Perfect for those who want to kickstart their progress with our program. We offer unique opportunities to host bachelorette and various other celebratory classes.
