With the holiday season just around the corner, now is the perfect opportunity to ramp up the intensity in your workout program! Join our new instructor Fanny, for this five week session to quickly drop the inches to look your best for all those seasonal parties.

This program is designed to keep your motivation high during this busy time of the year. Each class is designed to get progressively harder, with fun and challenging moves for your best success! 

This class starts with PIYO, a combination of Pilates and Yoga.

You’ll sweat, stretch, and strengthen – all in one workout.

It combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga.

Because you’re always in motion, you’re burning crazy calories.

There are no weights or jumps. You use your body weight.

It’s low impact, high intensity. The last half of class is Insanity a heart pumping class with non stop movement and power moves.

What to bring: a water bottle, indoor runners and active wear
Missed classes can be used towards any other drop in classes we offer, if they are used within the length of the program.
