Total Body Tone
Thursday's 9-10am with Lisa Streu
Learn the most effective exercises for the whole body. You'll target thighs, glutes, arms, and abs using a variety of equipment and muscle conditioning exercises. This class is heavily strength focused with small elements of cardio. Expect to feel the burn!! It's easy to follow and adapt to accommodate any fitness level.
All Levels Yoga
Fridays 9am-10am with Monica
This all levels class is a vigorous vinyasa flow. In this energetic form of yoga, students move fluidly from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. It incorporates the perfect blend of physical and spiritual challenge. The unique structure of this class will provide you with a challenge that will tone and detoxify the entire body. Come have fun and sweat out your week with this exciting class!
These two classes will be running from July-August
Cost for all 9 sessions is a great rate at $110! You can use up to two misses sessions during the summer towards any of our other classes.
Alternatively you can purchase a summer pass until July 15th for $300 and grants you unlimited access to all our classes for three months from date of purchase. Lastly we will be accepting drop in's if you choose to purchase a 5, 10 or 20 class pass.
