8 Week Flow Yoga Series Starting Sunday, January 14th at 11am-12pm

Gordana will be teaching this invigorating 8 Week Yoga Series starting in January! Flow Yoga is a practice in which movement is synchronized to the breath and poses run together almost like a dance. The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you to flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale.

This style allows for a lot of variety, but will always include sun salutations. Expect movement, not just stretching with this class. 

Cost: $120, $60 for Monthly and Annual Pass Holders. Excluded to New Intro Promotion.

Can use up to 2 missed classes towards any other class. This must be used within the 8 weeks. 

Minimum 5 clients registered in order for this class to run.
