Barre & Beats Fitness Studio is hosting another 8 Week Restorative Yoga Series, Starting Monday, May 7th at 10:30am with the lovely Madeline!! Madeline comes from a strong barre and yoga background and we are so excited to welcome her to the studio!

This is an excellent class to ease into those dreadful Mondays! Be prepared to unwind and feel relaxed in this amazing restorative class. This class moves at a slow to moderate pace, consisting of gentle opening poses for the shoulders, hips, and back.. Learn to move with your breath, learn the sun salutations, and unwinding standing and seated postures. This class will help increase your strength and flexibility, and will bring an awareness to your breath, which will undoubtedly help clear the mind and body of stress and tension.
